``ROUGES AND LONERS;;
1.01 Loners are allowed to join clans if the leader has allowed them to. if not then don't start roleplaying them in the clan terretory. Their are other terretories for a reason. Rouges [if part of a plot] are also allowed to join clans, but since they are usually banished clan cats then they cannot join the same clan, unless thats part of the plot. If they are part of a rouge group of cats then they cannot join the clans unless it becomes part of the plot.
1.02 Rouges cannot become Medicine cats or Deputies. Unless it is part of the plot of course. It is possible for Loners to become medicine cats or deputies, but they must prove themselves worthy.
1.03 Loners are cats who live in one spot for long periods of time. Usually lives alone and doesn't care about other cats. à ©Erin Hunter
1.04 Rouges are cats who live in many spots in a short period of time. Usually in groups of other cats, or banished clan cats. à©Erin Hunter
1.05 Loners and Rouges can be attacked if they cross onto a clan’s territory and are caught. This is allowed. Please don't kill the rouge unless it is part of the plot, however.
1.06 Loners and rouges may have their own seperate, site wide, plot if someone has any ideas.

``MATING AND KITS;;
1.07 The number one rule of mating is Medicine cats CANNOT mate. If they are caught they will lose their position and the medicine cat apprentice will take over if old enough. If the medicine cat apprentice is not old enough then they can only be the medicine cat until the medicine cat apprentice is old enough to become the medicine cat on their own. Then the medicine cat shall move into the elder's den, or if too young, the Warrior's den.
1.08 Mothers can conceal the father of the kits if they feel is necessary.
1.09 Minimum of 1 kit—Maximum of 4 kits. More kits can be bought at the shop.
1.10 To be mates you must have talked to eachother in at least 2 posts. If your cats just all of a sudden have kits, it doesn’t make any sense at all. And you have to be mates for at least one other thread before you can have kits. You must be pregnant for at least one WHOLE thread to finally have the kits.
1.11 Leaders should know about the pregnancy before the she-cat gives birth. So pm the leader before you start roleplaying this.
1.12 If leaders become pregnant they must stay in the nursery until her kits are old enough to become apprenticed. Deputies will take over the job until the leader can come out and do her duties again. The same for Deputies. If a deputy is pregnant another cat will take their place until the deputy is ready to take up her duties again.
1.13 A litter of kits should be put in the kit form so that others can try them out. You can have kits be reserved but until the bios are made they stay in the kit form. You are also allowed to keep them for yourselves, but they must be in a kit form until you make the bio for them. This is to keep order in that realm. Or I am going to make it so that I create the appearance of kits, not you.
1.14 Kits stay kits for two threads, or one month, before they can become apprenticed. Keep track of how long they have been kits for cause we, as staff, won’t have time to do that for you.
``GATHERINGS AND STARCLAN MEETINGS;;
1.15 Gatherings must be in the name of peace or starclan will become angry and send their wrath on the clans.
1.16 At the gatherings Leaders will give updates on their clans kits and new warriors. Other things may be kept a secret if they want.
1.17 Leaders, Deputies, and Medicine Cats must be at the gatherings unless sick or hurt. Medicine cat apprentice is optional.
1.18 Leaders must meet at the starcave for a meeting with starclan every new moon. Yes I realize that this is not in the books, but do it anyway.
1.19 Medicine cats meet at the starcave at the half-moon to have a meeting with starclan.
1.20 Anything shared between a leader/medicine cat and Starclan must be a secret and cannot be told to anyone else.
1.21 Before kits can become apprentices to medicine cats they must meet starclan for the first time in the starcave. The thread must be finished before they can Roleplay as an apprentice.
1.22 To be given a full medicine cat name you must first have one thread in the medicine cat den talking about herbs, one searching for herbs, and two threads in medicine cat meetings in the crystal cave. Also I would like it if you made a thread for one random prophecy. You can pm me and your medicine cat for the details.
1.23 Before the deputy can become a leader he/she must remake the bio in the leader tryouts. Its not that hard, especially since you have most of it finished already.
1.24 When the deputy goes to the crystal cave to become the leader he/she must take the medicine cat along with them.

1.25 This site is not death enabled. Your cat cannot die unless its part of site wide plot or you talk to one of the staff members about your plot.
1.26 A boarder skirmish can start if one or the other clan tries to steal territory or prey. This is more of suggestion then a rule.
1.27 If you get caught with prey from the other side of the border, the cats who own the prey have the right to bring you to their leader. Unless the prey crosses over the border. [/blockquote][/blockquote]
