Larkstorm
26 moons | Male | Skyclan | Warrior
"Just like you always wanted to be."
A short appearance description goes here.
''APPEARANCE;;He was not the greatest of cats in Skyclan. He had normal strength, speed, eye-sight, hearing, and senses. The only thing one could explain that was so great about him was the fact that he always was out there. He didn't mind what other cats ever thought about him. He had the ugly dull amber eyes compared to his siblings. He was white with a long black tail, back spots, and this half opera mask. His fur length was not too long nor too short. It was in a way above average.
''PERSONALITY;;
Some would say he is the most boring cat you would ever meet. Others would say, "I pity him. He still loves her." This cat is like any other, yet, unique like no other. He has a sister murdered by a fox. The most beautiful sister who had caused it and has lost her left eye because of it. He was stricken very badly by his sister, Dewpaw's death. He would never admit it, but he actually loved his sister more then he should have. The only cat that even came close to his sister was one he told that he was not ready to mate. That he was just not prepared to love. The she-cat agreed, to his enjoyment.
The repairs that certain she-cat had made on him are still there and making him as joyful as any tom should feel. The only repairs still in need are the ones with Dewpaw's memories all over them. He still awakes with the feeling of her laughter and wise words. He has no regrets of any of the choices he has made these moons of his life. He has no ambition to become leader. He just need of a way to escape his sister. No matter what it takes.
''HISTORY;;
''KIT LIFE;;
He lived a pretty normal life as a kitten. He and his sister Winterkit were constantly in battle over who should be leader of the clan. He always felt that the clan leader should not at all be a girl. That it should be a strong mighty male. Of course his beautiful sister constantly proved him wrong by winning the battle half the time. His other sister Dewpaw, always liked to talk about what if there was no leader or clans. He never really thought about it, but she only spoke of these things around him. A thought that came to him later in his lifetime. Though for now he just sees her as a she-cat doing what she should. Be a medicine cat, not a leader. Females were meant to be wise, not strong. One day he and his sister were at it once more. This time though his Mother decided to put an end to it. She yowled so loud his heart nearly skipped a beat. That was the moment this little tom realized, she-cats can be leaders just as much as toms. He of course dropped the whole battle telling his sister to let the best warrior win. They oddly never got into a fight again.
''APPRENTICE;;This was a rough time, for Larkpaw. He was in constantly trying to prove that he was better then his sister. She just toke off in status and quo. He could not at all keep up. He wanted her mentor. That mentor trained the young she-cat hard. His mentor focused on two things balance and skill. That he proved over and over that he could not do. Eventually, his mentor just let him be. After that point he actually made a few improvements. Not enough to catch up to his amazing sister. His respect for Dewpaw grew larger as she became wiser and wiser. He found himself leaning more and more towards her. He found himself constantly having a conversation with her. He had dreams of rubbing his head against hers and nightmares of her death. He hated it and wanted to run away. He had yet figured out what she meant to him. She was just a sister that needed protecting. Right?
Then that one day happen. He still has nightmares of his sisters missing and suddenly one dead and the other harmed. He never liked how his sister was constantly trying to prove herself over and over. Was she not good enough? When he heard what Winterpaw had done. He never dared even speak to the she-cat again. He mourned for his sister Dewpaw's fate. She did not at all deserve what she got. It was just not fair. Not at all. He had constant nightmares of her. The blood all over her body. The eyes staring at nothing. It was not her. It was not!
He found himself slipping away on all his apprentice duties. He went to his Mom constantly for guidance. As more and more time passed he could not help but think of how wise his sister was. How great of a medicine cat she could have been. He found that he was actually in love with her. The thought was in his head for moons. He forced himself to hang out with the jerk apprentices to not focus on this little fact. That he loved his sister.
When the time came to be a warrior, he turned it down. Stating he needed just a little more time. Just a little more time. The words had shocked the clan. Though he did not care. He needed more training. There was no question about it. He spent an extra two moons doing nothing but becoming a better warrior than he could have been. When eventually the leader approached and asked, if he wanted to be a warrior. He said yes. He accepted the name Larkstorm and moved on from his life.
''WARRIOR;;
He spent a few moons enjoying being a warrior. He tried his hardest to ignore his sister and to be the best warrior he could be. Eventually, he found a she-cat and fell in love. She drew him good. He forgot everything about his past. He found himself happier than ever before. He even apologized to his sister and told her that she makes a great Dewpaw. Then it came the death of Finchsong. His adviser of every choice he has made since kit-hood. With her death, a thought occurred. How could he a Skyclan tom, love this she-cat? She made him happier than ever before. Brought his whole personality back.. She just was not Dewpaw. She was not wise. She just was not the right she-cat. He ended up telling her his emotions and said to give him more time. Till he can fully repair himself. To fully understand his love for this one she-cat. The she-cat understood and told him she will wait.
